Director
Romil Parikh serves as the Head of ANPG, bringing his signature blend of heart-led leadership, operational savvy, and innovative thinking to drive purpose-driven growth. With a career spanning over two decades across logistics, hospitality, and education, he channels his diverse expertise into ANPG's ventures while championing initiatives that uplift communities and foster lasting impact.
His professional journey reflects a passion for building resilient businesses. At Lift & Shift India Pvt. Ltd., he managed large-scale logistics operations, honing skills in efficiency and complex supply chains.
In hospitality, he plays pivotal roles at The Acres Club and The Fern Residency, blending guest-centric service with strategic expansion. This cross-industry lens now fuels his oversight at ANPG, where he nurtures ventures from education — including his work at The Green Acres Academy, founding partnership at Paradise School Goa, and board roles at DSB International School — to emerging opportunities in sustainable operations and community-focused enterprises.
Romil’s interests extend beyond traditional boundaries. He is drawn to educational innovation, creating student-centered environments that prioritize empathy, creativity, and real-world readiness. In business, he gravitates toward scalable models in logistics and hospitality that emphasize people-first cultures and adaptability. A graduate of Indiana University Bloomington with a Bachelor of Science degree, he values hands-on learning, deep listening, and trust-building — principles he applies to mentoring teams, scaling ANPG’s portfolio, and investing in ventures that align profit with positive change for children, families, and communities.

Apurva Natvarlal Parikh
Managing Director
Mr. Apurva N. Parikh is the Head of the Apurva Natvar Parikh Group of Companies and has played a defining role in shaping the Group’s growth into a respected national and international business house. Beginning his career in the family business of ship and port handling at the age of 17, he gained first-hand experience in transport operations, equipment management, and technical execution by working directly on the field.
This practical foundation became the basis for the Group’s long-term expansion, modernization, and diversification. Under his leadership, the Group expanded into port handling, container storage and repairs, and inland container depots, becoming one of India’s largest integrated service providers in the shipping and port industry.
His foresight in investing in technically advanced equipment and adapting to changing client requirements helped the Group stay ahead of industry developments and build a strong asset base across land and equipment.
Mr. Parikh’s vision also led the Group into new sectors, including construction, leisure, and entertainment. In the logistics and transport sector, the Group has handled the safe movement of large industrial equipment across India and overseas, contributing to the success of major Indian manufacturers and enhancing the reputation of Indian engineering abroad.
His emphasis on safe, efficient, and cost-effective transport solutions has been widely recognized within the industry. In construction, the Group’s slum rehabilitation project was widely appreciated for its timely completion and quality of workmanship, earning recognition from senior public figures.
Beyond business, Mr. Parikh has shown remarkable resilience and strength of character in the face of personal adversity. His survival during the 26/11 terror attacks at The Oberoi Hotel stands as a powerful example of courage, endurance, and presence of mind.
Mr. Parikh is also deeply committed to philanthropy and social development. Through the family charitable trust, he has supported more than 500 students at Natvarlal Chotalal Parikh Sarvoday Vidyalay in Matar Village, Gujarat, including funding school fees, classrooms, and laboratories.
The trust has also contributed to village water infrastructure, hospital development, and the transformation of the ancestral family home into a women’s welfare centre. His community work extends to environmental and civic initiatives as well.
Having achieved distinguished success in business and public service, Mr. Parikh continues to be driven by a vision of a better Mumbai — one marked by stronger infrastructure, greater cleanliness, deeper community bonds, and global-city standards.

Neela Apurva Parikh
Managing Director
Mrs. Neela Apurva Parikh joined the Apurva Natvar Parikh Group in 1998 and has since played an important role in the growth and success of The Acres Club. She was instrumental in the successful and economical implementation of the club, contributing both strategic insight and strong operational support to its development.
With a background in Science and over 10 years of experience in club management, she brings a well-rounded understanding of administration, member engagement, and service delivery. Her experience has helped shape a thoughtful and effective approach to club operations, ensuring that the department functions smoothly and efficiently.
She has also developed a distinctive marketing strategy for club membership, which has generated an excellent response and strengthened the club’s appeal among prospective members. Her ability to combine planning, execution, and member-focused thinking has been central to the continued growth of The Acres Club.
In her role, she supervises the functioning of The Acres Club department and helps maintain high standards across daily operations. Her contribution reflects a strong commitment to excellence, efficiency, and the overall success of the club.

Rajesh Shetty
General Manager
Rajesh Shetty is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 22 years of leadership experience across India and the United States. As the General Manager of The Fern Residency & The Acres Club, Mumbai, he brings a results-driven approach focused on operational excellence, revenue growth, and exceptional guest experiences.
With deep expertise spanning operations, sales, marketing, finance, and human resources, Rajesh has successfully led high-performing teams and consistently delivered strong business outcomes. Under his leadership, his property has regularly ranked among the top performers in occupancy and revenue within the brand, while maintaining high service standards — even navigating challenges such as the COVID-19 period with sustained profitability.
Rajesh’s global exposure includes senior leadership roles with reputed hospitality brands like Hampton Inn (USA) and Holiday Inn Express, where he demonstrated his ability to transform operations, elevate service quality, and significantly improve rankings and financial performance.
Recognized as “Best General Manager of the Year (2018–19)” by The Fern Hotels & Resorts, Rajesh is known for his data-driven decision-making, strong stakeholder management, and commitment to team development and guest satisfaction.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from the University of Mumbai and has completed extensive professional training in hospitality management, revenue optimization, and leadership.
